| Private Lessons |
Not many rules are necessary at The Singing
Studio. However, the one that we insist on is the private lesson cancellation
policy.
A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is essential (and reasonable)
in order to cancel or reschedule your lesson. Please note and think carefully
before you schedule a lesson as less than 24 hours notice results in forfeiture
of your lesson (ie. you still have to pay).
Any less than this notice means that your teacher is left unable to rebook
that space in their working day. Be responsible to the commitments you have
made and your teacher will show you the same courtesy.
Also, please note that fees are payable at the conclusion of your lesson. |

| Courses |
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required
upon enrolment. The balance of course fees is due and payable prior to session
1.
Placing a deposit on the course of your choice is your guarantee that a
place will be held for you. Courses are run when sufficient numbers are
reached and deposits are our only indication of course viability. Consequently,
the deposit is non-refundable (unless a course is cancelled) and when you
commit to undertaking the course by paying the balance of the fee, the onus
is on you to attend every session. Unfortunately your inability to do so
will not entitle you to any partial refund. |

| Notes |
Payment may be made by cash, cheque, money order or direct deposit
We do not open for
public holidays, any class that falls on a public holiday will be made
up by an extra class at the end of term
Please bring water,
a notebook and a pen to all sessions
